Bagfactory UAB, established in 2012 and based in Vilnius, Lithuania, is a production-driven company with a strong focus on research and development. Specializing in eco-friendly, reusable packaging solutions, Bagfactory has pioneered new manufacturing methods to deliver innovative non-woven and paper bags. Their product range is tailored to the needs of various industries—from supermarkets and fashion retailers to restaurants and promotional agencies. Known for combining sustainability with efficiency, Bagfactory offers advanced machine-made products such as the Eco-Cent Bag, ecoV Cube Bag, and Non-woven R-PET Bag, alongside high-quality machine-made paper bags.

THE STORY

Bagfactory's original website, launched in 2016, had become outdated by the time we began working together in 2019. The design and functionality no longer met modern standards, and it struggled to support the company’s goals around visibility and lead generation. Recognizing the need for a more strategic and user-focused platform, we kicked off the collaboration by launching a new, easily configurable website that same year. This first step provided a solid foundation for performance and flexibility, better aligning with Bagfactory’s evolving brand and business objectives. In the following years, we focused on maintaining and improving the platform—introducing SEO enhancements, consulting on digital strategy, and ensuring ongoing support. These incremental upgrades steadily improved search visibility and engagement. By 2025, Bagfactory was ready for a full uplift and modernization of the site to keep pace with design trends and user expectations. This updated version introduced a cleaner look, improved performance, and a more focused approach to conversion. As a result of this phased strategy, Bagfactory saw a 40% increase in leads, a 15-point boost in SEO authority, and a tenfold growth in organic traffic since 2021—demonstrating the long-term value of a structured, data-driven web development approach.
